Guttering Process
After you have made the call to Continuous Guttering, your details will pass on to one of our 2 Sales Representatives. They will promptly call you back to arrange a time that suits both parties to come and give you a comprehensive quotation.
They will take you through all the available Gutter profiles available in the market place, as well as Fascia Cover and Leaf Guard, show you samples, explain which is best suited to your house depending on roof area, pitch etc and finally give you a detailed written quotation.
If you decide to go with Continuous Guttering, your job will be processed immediately and scheduled in for the soonest possible start date, or at a time the customer has requested.
If the profile you have chosen is that of the continuous gutter, our machine will turn up on the day, along with our licensed plumbers, and in most cases the work will be completed in a day. If you choose any of the other profiles, the material will turn up the day prior, and again, the same procedure as above will follow.
Once final payment has been received, you will get a receipt which will guarantee the material from the date installed, and you will also get a Certificate of Compliance which guarantees the workmanship with the Plumbing Industry Commission.
